If you were to find any sort of problem with your order and you wish to return it; please do get in touch with us by mail: Please, indicate in the subject line your order number.

If the items is faulty, is off which or for whatever reason the product doesn’t meet minimum standards you have 7 natural days from the day you received your order to get in touch with us and find an alternative solution. Please, indicate in the email, what the problem with the order is. We will take care of the return expenses. 

Once, you get in touch, we will let you know the steps to follow on how to return us your parcel/the item and just after that, in no longer than 72 hours we will reimburse you the shipping cost plus the price of item. You will be reimbursed using the same payment method you used for making your original purchase. Opened/used products will not be accepted unless they are faulty. Also, we won’t accept any returns if you don’t get in touch with us regarding an issue with your order during the next 7 natural days after receiving your orde
